Our Rufford Route
At Rufford Primary School, we are committed to fostering a culture of resilience, integrity, self-awareness, and excellence in all aspects of our children's personal development.
We have developed our Rufford Route to empower our children to embrace challenges with courage, develop a deep understanding of themselves and others, uphold ethical standards and show tolerance and understanding, and strive for excellence in everything they do.
Our children will experience a wide-range of visits, including residential visits, and visitors. These visits are carefully planned to include a range of religious buildings, opportunities to celebrate culture and performance and library visits and author visits that help develop a love of reading.
We are determined to equip our children with the skills, values, and attitudes necessary to navigate an ever-changing world with confidence and integrity. By cultivating a supportive and nurturing environment, we inspire our students to discover their unique strengths, celebrate diversity, and make positive contributions to our community.
Together, we will follow our Rufford Route of growth, resilience, and self-discovery, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.
